Background of the Song:              This song summarizes the Advaita (Non-Dual Consciousness). The seeker (devotee) after several failure attempts in the pursuit of happiness reaches to the Lord or Guru.  The Lord or Guru says perform self-enquiry (where is the joy?). Because of Lord's grace, the seeker finds the Joy is within himself, as the Lord is present as the substratum within himself.  Once the seeker has merged with Lord, can there be a seeker separate from Lord?  Only Lord exists.  Thus the seeker says I AM THAT (LORD).

Summary of the Song:

• The devotee or seeker eventually finds that Lord is within himself, the source of Joy is within himself.  The seeker finds that Joy is radiating everywhere and finds all the forms are celebrating his Love towards Lord.  He is extolled with Joy and expresses this emotion to God as follows:
• The power of (our) rarely spoken surpassing Love, has swept away all the likes and dislikes (dualities / differences).  As a result of this, the Joy that is inherent within is recognized.
• Earlier, I found anomalies with Your creation with my limited mind and couldn't comprehend Your creation.  After your Grace has bestowed upon me, I find that Your creations are perfectly organized and they shine as the guiding light and stand as the testimonials of Your creation.
• You are manifesting in different forms and all these forms are blessing our Love in Silence.   This Love is the recognition of Your presence behind all these forms.  As a result of this Love, I enjoy Peace.
• After several failure attempts in the pursuit of happiness in external things, I reached out to You. You advised to perform self-enquiry (where is the joy from?). Because of Your grace You have pointed the Joy is inside myself (here), as You are present as the substratum within myself.
• Oh Lord!  I see your presence everywhere!  I see Your presence in all these transient objects!!  They simply operate in synchronicity because of Your Grace. 
• Your vision is so pleasant and peaceful and my mind has fallen for You similar to a Lilly that has fallen in Love with the moon in the sky.  
• If there is Only One (You) entity, which is not subjected to change and perish, how can there be any differences? All that are seen is nothing but expression of Love!  
• Once the music merges with the pleasant gentle breeze, is it possible to separately listen the music from that of the pleasant gentle breeze?  Oh Lord!!!  They have become ONE! It is Just One!!
• I have merged in You!!!  If one has merged into another, how that merged entity can be separated from the other?  Only Lord exists.  I AM THAT (LORD).

• When we are joyful, we find that the whole world is celebrating with us.  Here joy represents the happiness within and not derived from external things.
• In the first two lines, the devotee finds the happiness is within himself.  The seeker finds the Lord is the source of happiness, and HE is the substratum of him, which is inseparable.  This happiness is neither dependent on his body, mind nor external objects, nor his actions nor inactions nor dictated by the pleasant or unpleasant external situation.  
• The seeker finds that Joy is radiating everywhere and finds all the forms are celebrating his Love towards Lord. He is extolled with joy and expressing this emotion to GOD as follows.

The dualities are swept away! Oh my DARLING! The dualities are swept away!

• This surpassing Love towards Him cannot be spoken of.  This Love doesn't originate from my mind but by His Grace.  Grace is so powerful that cannot be expressed in words.  And this Grace has a power, which expresses itself as an unconditional Love.  This Love is boundless and unconditional as it is independent of any external things objects, which are subjected to change and perish.
• Differences or dualities (Good & bad, likes & dislikes) can be present only if I am dealing with external objects.  If there is Only One entity, which is not subjected to change and perish, how can there be any differences?  As a result of this unconditional Love, good & bad, likes & dislikes vanishes.  
• Oh Love, what a delightful Joy it is.  I had suffered earlier because of my likes and dislikes.  If I had to say I like something, it indirectly means that I dislike something else.  As a result my love becomes conditional, my actions become conditional.  
• But Your Gracious Love has wiped out the opposites or dualities.  Thank you Lord!

• This is a repeat of the very first two lines. However, this is emphasized here because of the following. Oh Lord!  Your Gracious Unconditional Love has uprooted the opposites. Gracious Love originates deep inside me.  Joy is inherent when Gracious Love is present. And this Joy which originates from inside radiates everywhere and everyone is celebrating This Love with Joy.

• Oh Supreme!  Before your Grace bestowed on me, my mind found anomalies in the creation, opposites, and injustice in the world.  Now, I understand because of the limitations of the mind I couldn't comprehend your creation.  
• Oh Love! Now I see the perfect structure of Your creation.  Oh! It is so beautiful!  Look at the perfect alignment of billions of Stars.  How can these stars can be hanging out in the middle without proper structure and alignment?  It is all your beautiful play!
• These perfectly organized beautiful stars stand out as the guiding light and one of the testimonials of Your creation.

• Oh God!  Look at those mango trees’ inflorescence and they are Your various forms of manifestation.  I see Your blessings everywhere.  It is all because of You.  
• You are manifesting in different forms and all these forms are blessing our Love in Silence. This Love is the recognition of your presence behind all these forms.  As a result of this Love, I enjoy Peace.

I experience Peace, because I do not have fear, as you are there to protect me from all sides.  Peace is inherent when Your Gracious Love is present, which is felt inside.    And this Joy is observed everywhere and everyone is celebrating This Love with Joy.

• After sometime, the seeker loses the happiness.  I lost the inherent happiness due to the identification with the limited body and mind.  Oh Lord!!! After sometime I lost You!  Then I asked my Love (You) where is the happiness?  You asked me to look inside.  Once again because of Your Grace, You have pointed the happiness is inside myself (here), as You are present as the substratum within myself.
• Let us swim together in this Gracious Ocean just filled with Love.  Oh my Lord!!!  Let me be as a River which intermingles with You, the Ocean!  I don’t want to get separated by any means.

• Oh Lord!  I see your presence everywhere!  I see Your presence in all these transient objects!!  They simply operate in synchronicity because of Your Grace.  I can see the waves roaring in Joy, while the moon enjoys by moving its rays up and down to match the flow of the waves.
• Oh Love! Look at there, the honey bearing flower graciously has fallen in Love with that gentle breeze.  It is all your synchronized act and stamps Your presence!!
